Purple Sound Recording Studio is a 10'x10' room perfectly equipped to capture a great vocal recording every time.

The amount of time a song takes to record can vary greatly from person to person and is also largely dependent on the style of music. Many rappers can knock out 3 songs in an hour while others may want to spend 3 hours on one very meaningful song. Developing your recording style is a natural part of becoming comfortable with yourself as an artist, so lets begin your journey today!

Our vocal chain consists of a Neumann TLM 103 going into an ART MPA PRO II preamp, into an Apollo Twin X, then directly into Pro Tools. To monitor aloud we use Yamaha HS8's, and for headphones we use Beyerdynamics and Sennheisers.

Our DAW options are Pro Tools or FL Studio. We have an immense arsenals of plugins, we'll even go as far as to say that we have EVERY plugin you need.  For tuning we can choose Antares Auto-Tune, MetaTune, Waves Tune and/or Melodyne. Below is a list of our favorite plugin companies.
